I have been trying to run 5 kilometers since I arrived in Korea. I have been following the Couch to 5k program (started and stopped a few times as I returned to Canada), and can gladly say that I have finally completed a 5 k run. I like having a beach to run at. I plan to keep it going.

I knew my copy of Windows was well overdue for a reinstall, then yesterday it crashed. I was worried that I had lost everything. Luckily, when I reinstalled it saved my old copy. Now I am backing up all my data so that I can do a clean install. At least it will be nice to have a clean system again.The lesson - backup your data and create restore points.

After a pretty good trip, I have arrived back in Korea. On Sunday I did a three day orientation program in three hours. On Monday I was thrown into the lion's den, where things went pretty well.
